We must continue work to reduce the pollution of the natural surface and underground water effluents of enterprises and cattle-breeding complexes, increase the level of circulating water use, reduce irrevocable water consumption, and to build a deironing station. To activate begun in the country's work on the establishment of and compliance with the water protection zones for small, medium and large rivers, major lakes and reservoirs. And most important, provide the population with clean drinking water. The problem of the protection and use of land resources in the most multi-faceted, it applies to almost all the organs of the state administration. Of paramount importance here is the implementation of measures to combat land degradation and pollution of land, optimization of land use with the aim of environmentally sustainable natural-territorial complexes by means of conversion of agricultural низкоплодородных lands, increase of forest-poor regions, development of a network of especially protected natural territories.
