Some people think that tv brings a lot of negative things in our life. But there are some people who think that is not true.
As for me I suppose that TV has a lot if disadvantages. First if all it is waste of time. I prefer reading books than watching tv. Secondly, you can get some illness. TV hurt your eyes. Thirdly, TV change your mind. There are a lot of cruelty, aggression.
But on the other hand tv helps you to make a fun. You can watch films, cartoons and intellectual programs. You can find a lot of information with helps if TV.
I disagree with opposite opinion because I don't watch tv I think it is waste of time.
In conclusion I want to say that it is your own opinion : watch tv or don't watch tv.

Some people believe that television has a negative impact on our lives, making it more nervous and stressful. While this viewpoint has some validity, it's important to consider the various ways in which television can affect our lives.

Firstly, it is true that excessive television viewing can lead to increased stress levels. Watching intense or violent shows can evoke strong emotions and create a sense of anxiety or tension. Additionally, prolonged exposure to the fast-paced nature of television programs can contribute to a feeling of restlessness and unease.

Moreover, the constant bombardment of advertisements can also add to the stress factor. Advertisements are designed to grab our attention and persuade us to buy products or services, often by creating a sense of dissatisfaction with our current lives. This constant exposure to materialistic ideals can lead to feelings of inadequacy and a desire for more, which can contribute to a stressful mindset.

Furthermore, television can sometimes create unrealistic expectations and comparisons with the lives of others. Many shows depict glamorous lifestyles, perfect relationships, and effortless success, which can lead viewers to feel dissatisfied with their own lives. This constant exposure to idealized versions of reality can be mentally draining and contribute to feelings of stress and anxiety.

However, it is essential to recognize that television can also have positive effects on our lives. It can serve as a source of entertainment, offering a much-needed escape from the stresses of everyday life. Watching a light-hearted comedy or an engaging drama can provide relaxation and help reduce stress levels.

Additionally, television can be educational and informative, providing us with access to a wide range of knowledge and perspectives. Documentaries, news programs, and educational shows can broaden our understanding of the world and foster intellectual stimulation. This exposure to diverse ideas and information can help alleviate stress by expanding our horizons and encouraging critical thinking.

In conclusion, while it is true that television can sometimes contribute to a more nervous and stressful life, it is essential to recognize the positive aspects it can bring as well. By being mindful of our viewing habits, balancing entertainment with other activities, and consciously choosing programs that promote relaxation and education, we can mitigate the negative impact of television and enjoy its benefits without undue stress.
