Эссе на тему легко ли быть добрым (без копий и на английском)
Ответы на вопрос
Sometimes it really is. You can feel that you are kind for nothing, that all this happiness you are trying to bring to the world goes for nothing. People are struggling with kindness because they do not see any reason for being nice to people since it does not bring benefits. That is the sad, narcissistic reality of the world.
But I think we still have to try and be more kind to each other. Imagine, it would make the world a better place. No wars, conflicts, discrimination just because we would keep the nagative emotions out and bring good ones to our every day lifes.
I am certain that it is not easy to be kind, you have to constantly work on yourself, but it is worth it. People can solve any problem by simply being more kind to each other.
Being kind is often seen as a desirable trait, but is it really easy to be kind? Kindness is not just about being nice to others; it goes beyond the surface level of politeness. It requires genuine empathy, understanding, and selflessness. While it may seem like a simple concept, being kind can be challenging in various ways.
Firstly, being kind means putting others before ourselves. In a world that often emphasizes self-interest and individualism, it can be difficult to prioritize the needs and well-being of others. Being kind requires us to set aside our own desires and ego, and instead focus on the happiness and comfort of others. This can be especially challenging when we are faced with our own personal struggles and hardships. It takes strength and self-control to be able to extend kindness even when we are going through difficult times ourselves.
Secondly, being kind often means going against societal norms and expectations. Society sometimes encourages competitiveness, judgment, and criticism. It can be tempting to conform to these norms and engage in negative behavior towards others. However, being kind requires us to rise above these influences and choose a path of compassion and understanding. This can be particularly challenging when we are surrounded by negativity or faced with difficult people. It takes courage to stand up against societal pressures and choose kindness instead.
Furthermore, being kind requires us to step outside of our comfort zones. It is easy to be kind to those who are similar to us or those we already have a positive relationship with. However, true kindness means extending compassion to everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs, or actions. This means reaching out to those who are different from us, offering support to those who may not deserve it, and forgiving those who have wronged us. Stepping outside of our comfort zones and embracing diversity can be uncomfortable and challenging, but it is necessary for genuine kindness.
Lastly, being kind requires constant effort and mindfulness. Kindness is not something that can be switched on and off; it is a way of life. It requires us to be aware of our thoughts, words, and actions, and to consciously choose kindness in every situation. This can be exhausting and demanding, as it requires us to constantly evaluate our behavior and make conscious decisions to act kindly. It is easy to slip into negativity, judgment, or indifference, but being kind means consistently choosing compassion and understanding.
In conclusion, being kind is not easy. It requires selflessness, courage, and constant effort. It means going against societal norms, stepping outside of our comfort zones, and prioritizing the well-being of others. However, despite the challenges, being kind is a worthwhile endeavor. It not only brings happiness and fulfillment to others, but also to ourselves. Being kind allows us to create a more compassionate and understanding world, and ultimately, it is a reflection of our own character and values.
