For me life is a dance. I cannot imagine myself without it. Every movement, swing, turn, makes the world brighter.

I have been dancing since I was 5. And it is passion of my life. At first, I danced ballroom dancers. It is very beautiful and elegant. Dress, heels, hair - what could be more beautiful? Before going on a stage, you feel excitement. But once the music starts to play, once there is a great desire to come out and shows to all that you are capable. And exit. Crowds of people are watching your every movement, a smile. And it is a true happiness.

Now I dance hip-hop. Hip-hop is a youth subculture that originated in the mid-1970 among African Americans and Hispanics. It is characterized by its own music (also known as hip-hop, rap), its slang, its own hip-hop fashion, dance styles. By the beginning of 1990, the hip-hop has become part of youth culture in many countries. I am trying myself to think what movements use, speaking in the language of dance. And what is with this comes out. We travelled with our band at the international festival Oskoldans, which left a lot of impressions, memories. When we arrived home, we long bored about the atmosphere, about the holiday. These were unforgettable 3 days!

Dance and enjoy the fact that you are doing. Believe me, there are no such people who cannot dance. Try, you must succeed. And for someone dance will be a part of the life. Dance to live!

Я танцую с 5 лет. И это увлечение всей моей жизни. Сначала я танцевала бальные танцы. Это очень красиво и изящно. Платье, каблук, прическа - что может быть более прекрасней?! Перед выходом на сцену, тебя переполняет волнение. Но как только начинает играть музыка, сразу появляется большое желание, выйти и показать на все что ты способен. И вот выход. Толпы людей смотрят за каждым твоим движением, улыбкой. И это настоящее счастье.

Сейчас я танцую хип-хоп. Хип-хоп - молодёжная субкультура, появившаяся в середине 1970-х в среде афроамериканцев и латиноамериканцев. Для неё характерны своя музыка (также называемая хип-хоп, рэп), свой сленг, своя хип-хоп мода, танцевальные стили .К началу 1990-х г. хип-хоп стал частью молодёжной культуры во многих странах мира. Я сама пытаюсь придумывать какие то движения, говорящие на языке танца. И что то с этого выходит. Мы со своей группой ездили на международный фестиваль Осколданс, который оставил массу впечатлений, воспоминаний. Когда мы приехали домой, долго скучали по той атмосфере, празднику. Это были 3 незабываемые дня!

Танцуйте и получайте удовольствие от того, что вы делаете. Поверьте, нет таких людей, которые не умеют танцевать. Попробуйте, у вас обязательно получится. И может у кого то Танец станет частью жизни. Танцуй, чтобы жить!

My Hobby: Acting

One of my favorite hobbies is acting. It allows me to tap into my creativity, express myself, and explore different characters and emotions. Acting has always fascinated me, and I find joy in being able to bring stories to life on stage or in front of a camera.

I learned about Stanislavski's system, Meisner technique, and various other approaches that helped me develop my skills as an actor.

Apart from theater performances, I also enjoy acting in films and commercials. The process of filmmaking is different from stage acting, as it involves multiple takes, camera angles, and a more intimate portrayal of emotions. I have had the opportunity to work with talented directors and actors who have helped me grow as an artist.

Acting has also taught me valuable life skills. It has improved my communication skills, as I have learned how to effectively convey emotions and ideas to an audience. It has boosted my confidence and helped me overcome stage fright. Additionally, acting has taught me the importance of teamwork and collaboration, as it requires working closely with other actors, directors, and crew members to create a cohesive performance.

In my spare time, I also enjoy attending acting workshops and taking part in improvisation exercises. These activities help me stay sharp and continue learning and growing as an actor. I am constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to expand my range and explore different genres and styles of acting.
