2) Soon nobody will go to the cinema: people will watch films only at home.

I have another opinion on the matter. First of all, lots of people all around the world like going to the cinema. It is an amazing activity to spend one's time on. You can go to the cinema with your friends and immediately after the movie you can go to a cafe where you can discuss the film. As for me, that's amazing! Nonetheless, more and more people each day are watching movies at their homes. Lots of new browser have been made recently that help people watch the newest blockbuster just with one click of a mouse. Anyway, I can't agree with them. I can sometimes watch movies at home but I like going to the cinema much more mainly because I can change the surrounding environment and relax away from home.

Certainly, I can help you with that. Let's go through each statement and discuss them in detail.

1) Young children can watch the same films as grown-ups. - This statement is subjective and can be interpreted in different ways. While it is true that some films are suitable for both children and adults, it is important to consider the content and age-appropriateness of the film. Some films may contain themes, language, or scenes that are not suitable for young children. Therefore, it is crucial for parents and guardians to exercise discretion and select films that are appropriate for the age and maturity of the children.

2) Soon nobody will go to the cinema: people will watch films only at home. - This prediction is influenced by the growing popularity of streaming services and the convenience they offer. However, the cinema experience still holds a unique appeal for many people, offering a larger screen, immersive sound, and a communal viewing experience that cannot be replicated at home. While the way people consume films may evolve, it is unlikely that cinema attendance will completely disappear, especially considering the ongoing efforts of the film industry to enhance the theater experience.

3) Cartoons are films for young children. - While cartoons are often associated with children's entertainment, it is important to note that many animated films and series are created for audiences of all ages, including adults. Some animated films address complex themes, use sophisticated humor, and incorporate mature storytelling that appeals to a broader audience. Therefore, it would be inaccurate to categorize all cartoons solely as entertainment for young children.

4) They make the best films in Hollywood. - This statement is a subjective opinion and can vary depending on individual preferences and criteria for evaluating the quality of films. While Hollywood is known for producing many successful and influential films, other film industries around the world have also contributed significantly to the global cinematic landscape. The term "best" can be subjective and may differ based on cultural, artistic, and critical perspectives.

5) Russia has produced a lot of wonderful films. - This statement is true, as Russian cinema has a rich history and has produced numerous acclaimed films that have garnered international recognition. Russian filmmakers have contributed to various genres, including drama, historical epics, and art-house cinema, showcasing diverse storytelling and cinematic styles that have left a lasting impact on the global film industry.

6) Different people prefer different types of films. - This statement is a widely accepted fact as individual preferences for films can vary greatly based on personal tastes, interests, and cultural backgrounds. Film appreciation is subjective, and people often gravitate towards specific genres, themes, or storytelling techniques that resonate with their personal experiences and emotions.

7) To make a new film is not easy at all. - This statement is true as filmmaking involves a complex and challenging process that requires significant financial resources, creative vision, collaboration, and technical expertise. From script development to production, post-production, and distribution, creating a successful film requires careful planning, coordination, and execution, often involving various obstacles and unforeseen challenges.

8) Old films are always boring and not interesting. - This statement is a misconception, as many classic films have stood the test of time and continue to captivate audiences with their timeless storytelling, artistic achievements, and cultural significance. Old films often provide a window into different eras, offering valuable insights into the historical, social, and artistic contexts of their time. Moreover, classic films have influenced and shaped the evolution of cinema, laying the foundation for modern filmmaking techniques and narratives. Therefore, it is essential to recognize the enduring value and significance of old films in the history of cinema.
