1) The sentence "The BBC is planning a new channel" can be rewritten in the passive voice as: "A new channel is being planned by the BBC."

2) a. Negative forms of the adjectives:

- able: unable - regular: irregular - definite:indefinite

b. The sentence "My favourite teacher is Mrs. Wood (that, which, whose) husband is also a teacher" can be rewritten in the passive voice as: "Mrs. Wood, whose husband is also a teacher, is my favorite teacher."
