There are a lot of disadvantages of staying at school you are still treated like a kid, the teachers know your history and you don't get other life experience.I stayed in because it was an easy choice to do and didn't seem as frightening as going to college. I soon understood that people who had gone to college were doing more interesting things, generally had better choice of subjects and were treated as grown-ups. In the end I left school and entered the college. The sixth-form college provided an excellent atmosphere and good preparation for university. I took it seriously and worked hard.

Вскоре я понял, что люди, которые ушли в колледж, делали более интересные вещи, как правило, лучше выбор предметов и относились как к взрослым. В итоге я закончил школу и поступил в колледж. Колледж  предоставил отличную атмосферу и хорошую подготовку к поступлению в вуз. Я воспринял это серьезно и упорно работал.

However, I chose to stay in school because it seemed like the easier option compared to going to college, which I found to be quite intimidating.

Additionally, they were treated as adults and given more independence. This made me reconsider my decision to stay in school, and eventually, I made the choice to leave and enter college.

The sixth-form college I attended provided an excellent atmosphere and prepared me well for university. I took my studies seriously and worked hard to make the most of my college experience. This decision allowed me to broaden my horizons, gain new perspectives, and engage in more challenging and fulfilling experiences.
