Anniversary (YUMR) — the residential district of the city of Krasnodar. Located in the Western district, in a residential area of Krasnodar. It is one of the new and modern areas of the city, located on the Peninsula formed by the Kuban river. Due to its location, as well as distance from industrial enterprises, it is considered one of the most ecologically clean areas of the city. On the opposite Bank of the Kuban river are fields, and suburban tracts and village Starobinski.The neighborhood was built up with apartment buildings in different periods.
