I live in Moscow. It is a beautiful city with big opportunities. And I want to discuss how and what I can change in my city. Very often I see driver which brake a law and park in unavailable places where people walk. I can message it to a policeman. So driver will not park in these places. The worst thing in my city is crime and smoking by teens. It is trouble, actually. You can detect smoking teens in closed places. I do not know what my friend want to work. Every day I go to trains and for it I need tramway or bus to achieve my train place. May be I will teach people to be more ready to be attacked in nights in deserted places. Thank you for attention!
