Помогите пожалуйста описать понедельник на английском?

Понедельник-это самый сложный день в недели потому,что он первый в начале недели и всегда сложно вставать по понедельникам. Я не очень люблю понедельник,но в этот день мы тренеруем свой организм для того чтобы привыкать вставать по вторникам и так далее.Если бы я мог, я бы убрал понедельник из графика рабочего дня и поставил бы еще одну субботу.--Monday is the most difficult day of the week because it's the first one at the beginning of the week and it's always difficult to get up on Mondays. I do not like Mondays very much, but on this day we train our bodies in order to get used to getting up on Tuesdays and so on.
