There is healthy mind in a healthy body! Every person knows,that healthy lifestyle is so important​! What is healthy lifestyle? Firstly, it's healthy food. For example : fresh vegetables and fruits, lean food and fresh juice. Secondly, it's sport trainings. You must do exercises every day to be healthy. Also, it's necessary to breathe fresh air!
Why we have to control our lifestyle? If we don't do sport,our body will ache. People can't always eat fastfood, because it's bad for our stomach! If people lead a healthy lifestyle,they will have a good mood!
