Last weekend was so much fun.  On Sunday night, I mean on Saturday night, I went to a concert with my friends in New York City.  On Sunday night, I went shopping with my friends.  I went to get some birthday presents that I needed to get and it was a lot of fun. I spent a little bit too much money though, but it was fun.

Sarah: I read "The Night Circus" by Erin Morgenstern. It's a captivating fantasy novel with a unique storyline. I couldn't put it down!

Alex: My weekend was good too. On Saturday, I went to a local art exhibition and spent some time painting at home. On Sunday, I visited my family, and we had a nice barbecue in the backyard.
