Dear Ben,

Hi! Thank you for your letter. To my mind, thinking about money is normal. I think the first step to taking control of your money is doing a budget. Of course, I have some pocket money now. In summer I always try to earn a bit of pocket money. Every time I think over my purchases. I can spend money wisely and independently. I usually spend my money for cinema, swimming pool, fitness-club and cafes. When I was a child, I use a piggy bank for saving money; sometimes I use it now too.

I think taking dancing classes is a good activity.

Best wishes,

Alex

Dear Ben,

It was great to hear from you and learn about your thoughts on money and growing up. I completely understand why you find yourself often thinking about money, as it plays a significant role in our daily lives. While becoming an independent adult may seem daunting, it also brings new opportunities and experiences.

As for my pocket money, it covers my basic needs, but I also save some for things I really want. I usually spend it on occasional treats, books, and sometimes going out with friends.

Regarding your decision to take dancing classes, I think it's fantastic! Pursuing a hobby not only brings joy and fulfillment but also helps in personal growth and building confidence.

I wish you all the best in your dancing classes and in managing your finances wisely. Remember, it's essential to strike a balance between saving and enjoying life.

Take care and keep me updated on your dancing adventures!

Warm regards,
