Seems odd giving the best restaurant in the world 4 out of 5 stars but it simply didn’t live up to my expectations. Without a shadow of a doubt this is a truly wonderful place but it was perfect. Parts of the decor looked a little tired. Some of the staff didn’t make you feel as relaxed as I could have been. Without the view of the French Rivera I’m not sure Mirazur would have the accolade of best in the world. That said, some of the food was truly mind blowing.
