Объяснение:
Dear Alex,
Thanks for your postcard.
You asked me about the weather in my city. Well, the weather in my city is nasty. It is cold, windy, rainy and gloomy. There are puddles everywhere here. The sky is grey and cloudy. The wind is rather strong. Some days ago the weather was fine and the sun was shining brightly in the blue cloudless sky. But the weather has changed for the worse since then. By the way, what's the weather like in your place? What are you going to do during your next holiday? Write soon.
Best wishes,
Dima

Subject: Weather Update from Russia ????????
Hey [Friend's Name],
I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to give you a quick update about the weather here in Russia. It's been quite an interesting mix lately.
In [Your City/Region], the weather has been a bit unpredictable. We've had a combination of sunny days, heavy rain showers, and even a few thunderstorms. It's almost like the weather can't quite make up its mind! The temperatures have been ranging from [Temperature Range] Celsius, which has made it a little tricky to decide what to wear each day. I find myself carrying an umbrella and a light jacket everywhere, just in case.
Interestingly, some parts of Russia are experiencing cooler than usual temperatures. I heard from a friend in [Different City/Region] that they had an unexpected cold front, and people were even talking about turning on their heaters already! It's quite unusual for this time of year, but I guess Mother Nature likes to keep us on our toes.
Oh, and speaking of toes, don't even get me started on the sudden changes in footwear. One day it's sandals, the next day it's rain boots, and then the day after that it's back to sneakers. I'm convinced that the local shoe stores must be having a field day with all these weather shifts!
Anyway, I hope you're enjoying more stable weather where you are. Let me know how things are on your end. And remember, if you're planning a visit to Russia anytime soon, pack a little bit of everything when it comes to clothes – you never know what kind of weather you'll encounter!
Take care and catch up soon.
Warmest wishes, [Your Name]
