Now, in the 21st century, it is difficult to imagine our life without computers and the Internet. Instant access to information was the dream of science fiction writers of the last century,and now this dream has become a reality. But, unfortunately, this benefit of civilization has a downside: millions of people have become addicted to the Internet - like a drunkard to vodka, like a drug addict to a dose of drugs.

Internet addiction is an extremely serious problem. A person who is addicted to the Internet spends almost all his time in the virtual world. This affects his real life: school or work, relationships with his family, and so on.

Psychologists and psychiatrists believe that Internet addiction is a disease, and like any disease, it is easier to prevent than to treat. To avoid becoming addicted, you should always keep track of how much time you spend on the Internet. Sitting online for hours is a bad idea, if only because real life should come first. But if what is happening Online excites you more than what is happening in real life, this is an alarming sign. You can't do without the Internet, but the measure should be in everything. Virtual communication is not a substitute for talking with real friends, looking at pictures and watching videos - walking, chatting with family and friends. This should not be forgotten, so as not to acquire an Internet addiction.

А вот если происходящее в Сети волнует тебя больше, чем происходящее в реальной жизни, это тревожный знак. Без Интернета обойтись нельзя, но мера должна быть во всем. Виртуальное общение не заменит разговора с настоящими друзьями, разглядывание картинок и просмотр видео - прогулок, общения с семьей и друзьями. Об этом нельзя забывать, чтобы не приобрести интернет-зависимость.
