You asked for my advice about Kevin and the money you lent him. If I were you, I would not get angry about it. He's preparing for his driving test and everyone forgets things when they have a lot to think about. If you remind him about the money after his test, I'm sure he will pay you back. And if he does not pay you back then, you'll have a good reason to be angry!
