Mass media in everyday life is a key factor to many of us in our effort to move on in life. Whether I am surfing the internet, watching the news, sitting around with family watching a movie, or playing video games all these factors have some type of influence on me or my family. When I wake up in the morning, I immediately turn on the news in hope that the media has something to share with me.

This information may be beneficial or just a total waste of time. Sometimes the media has put aside all the bad influences and is portraying immorals as a good thing for society, go figures. While I work, I turn on my satellite radio or television to give me a diversion from the monotony of work.

It also keeps me connected to all powerful media again. I have at my fingertips information that can be communicated to me in an instant whenever someone thinks there is an importance in what may be happening around the world or our community. I seem to constantly connect one way or another.

It seems more and more that mass media is a major infiltration into my life from gathering information, to getting away from the world through a movie or some other means of entertainment. Mass media has a very big influence on the life of every person in the society. We have put our trust on the media as an authority to give us news, entertainment and education. However, the influence of mass media on our kids, teenagers and society is so big that we should know how it really works.

Mass media has both positive and negative effects on masses. Mass media serves as a platform on which individuals can voice their views in various issues and share information with their friends. So mass media have helped to create a platform for sharing their knowledge and increase their communication skill with others.

Media keeps you informed. It also helps in other things like entertainment and gaining knowledge. Nevertheless, it also has many negative effects on people, namely on kids.

One of this is the rebellious attitude of kids. It seems to be gripped with a fear of children, blaming them for much of society’s ills: crime, vandalism, drugs, drink, sex, teenage pregnancy. The list goes on. The everlasting quarrels whether or not mass media important and beneficial are continuing.

Finally, I must say that the mass media are good, but only if we can have enough knowledge about them and use them correctly and intelligently in our lives.

Средства массовой информации важная часть моей жизни, и, безусловно, оказывают значительное влияние на мой повседневный опыт. С течением времени, роль СМИ в обществе стала неотъемлемой частью нашей культуры и образа жизни.

Во-первых, новостные ресурсы, телевизионные программы и социальные сети помогают мне быть в курсе актуальных событий в мире. Это не только информация, но и возможность развивать критическое мышление и анализировать различные точки зрения. В современном мире медиа стали своего рода фильтром, через который мы видим и понимаем происходящее.

Кроме того, массовые медиа предоставляют развлекательные и образовательные возможности. Я могу наслаждаться фильмами, музыкой и книгами через различные платформы. Благодаря интернету, мне доступны уроки, обучающие материалы и культурные события со всего мира.

Лично для меня, СМИ являются важным средством общения с друзьями и семьей. Социальные сети позволяют мне оставаться на связи с близкими, несмотря на физическое расстояние.

В заключение, массовые медиа - это неотъемлемая часть моей жизни, они обогащают её и позволяют быть более информированным, образованным и соединенным с миром.
