Riding a bicycle keeps your fit, this is first benefit. Secondly, bicycles aren't pollute air at all. The only disadvantage of bicycle is speed. it's not so fast as a car.
To sum up it's your choice : to be strong and fit and not pollute environment or to be fat and breathe dirty air.
