My parents have got a flat. It’s on the third floor of an old and big house. We live at 12 Park Street. Our flat is rather big. There are three rooms, a bathroom, a lavatory, a corridor and a kitchen. There is a high ceiling in our flat. The windows and the balcony in the rooms face the street. The windows of the kitchen face the yard.

When you enter our flat you can see a large hall and a large corridor. To the right of the door there is a big living room. The next door after the living room is a bedroom. Opposite the bedroom there is a corridor leading to the kitchen. Our kitchen is not very large but it’s really comfortable. It’s my Mum’s favorite place.

Our flat has all modern conveniences: running cold and hot water, electricity, central heating, telephone. There is a lift and a rubbish chute in the house.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one for me and one for my sibling. Both bedrooms are spacious and well-furnished. My bedroom is painted in light blue, creating a calm and soothing atmosphere. It is furnished with a comfortable bed, a study desk, and a wardrobe to keep my belongings organized. The large windows in the bedroom offer a beautiful view of the city skyline. My sibling's bedroom has a different color scheme and is decorated according to their personal taste.

One of the highlights of my apartment is the balcony. It is a small outdoor space that offers a breath of fresh air and a place to relax. I have decorated it with potted plants and small outdoor furniture, creating a mini oasis in the middle of the city. It is the perfect spot for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening.

Living in this apartment has been a wonderful experience. It provides all the necessary amenities and offers a comfortable and stylish living space. The location is convenient, with supermarkets, restaurants, and parks within walking distance. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I am grateful to have such a beautiful apartment to call my own.
