1. This means that when other cultures do not understand a certain culture, it can cause various amazing emotions. 2. When they learn something new that does not correspond to their norms, it may be the norms of religion, mentality, nutrition, etc. And sometimes the reason for this may be an undeveloped person.

Here is my response to your questions:
1. Culture shock is the feeling of disorientation experienced by someone when they are suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar culture and way of life. It can be caused by a range of things, both big and small, such as unfamiliar greetings and hand gestures, strange food, difficult language barriers, getting lost in a new city or making a cultural faux pas because you didn’t know the local custom. 2. People can experience culture shock when they move to another city or country, such as when retiring abroad, working as an expat, or studying as an international student. Culture shock can also occur when people go on vacation, travel for business, or visit a different region within the same country. Culture shock can affect anyone who is exposed to a culture markedly different from their own. 3. Culture shock is typically divided into four stages: the honeymoon, frustration, adjustment, and acceptance stage . These stages are characterized by feelings of excitement, anger, homesickness, adjustment, and acceptance. However, these stages are not fixed or linear, and people may experience them differently or skip some of them altogether. 4. Some advice on how to cope with culture shock are:
- Realize that adjusting takes time and be patient with yourself. - Focus on the positive aspects of the new culture and avoid making negative comparisons with your own. - Understand your academic or professional expectations and seek help if you need it. - Accept that you will be homesick and stay connected with your loved ones, but also embrace your new home and make new friends. - Do not compare yourself to others and go at your own pace. - Get to know a variety of students or colleagues from different backgrounds and cultures. - Find ways to relieve stress, such as exercising, meditating, or pursuing a hobby. - Keep an open mind and learn about the new culture, language, and customs.
