Запомните основное:

Present SIMPLE-употребляем когда действие:
- повторяющиеся из раза в раз (два раза в день,три раза в месяц)
- происходит всегда (он всегда работает архитектором)
- опять же,повседневные,рутинные действия (я мою полы раз в месяц)

- Слова указывающие на present SIMPLE и встречающиеся чаще всего:

Usually
Regularly
Often
Always
Never
Every day,year,week..
On Monday,Friday,Saturday..

Present CONTINUOUS-мы употребляем,когда действие:
- Происходит прямо сейчас
(Он идёт на встречу с другом прямо сейчас)
- Происходит в настоящем, но не в конкретный момент речи.(то есть,действие будет длиться не всегда,но оно уже началось и пока длиться)

Слова указывающие на Present CONTINUOUS и встречающиеся чаще всего:

Now
Right now
At the moment
