Не могли бы помочь с Present Perfect и Present Perfect Continuous. Как я понял первое время используется для обозначения что действие уже закончилось типо "I have worked" то есть я работал, время нам не важно, и действие уже закончилось важен результат, типо я уже свободен Во втором же случаи нам важно показать сколько я работаю, и действие ещё не закончилось то есть "I have been working for five hours" то есть я работал и к моменту разговора я работаю уже пять часов, но я ПРОДОЛЖАЮ работать всё ещё, значит я не свободенПравильно ли я понял эти времена?​

2. Также оно имеет прошедшее время тоесть перед глаголом ставится was(единственное число),were(множественное число)
