- Nothing interesting happened. Finals week was tiring, so I was taking a rest - watched my favourite Harry Potter movie, read a new book I bought at the book fair last Saturday and spent some time with my family! What about you? How was your weekend?

- Same, finals were tiring, but I am proud of us! I also went to the book fair! It was so much fun, and I was amazed by the number of books there! I bought three! Did you like your book?

- I really liked it! It became one of my favourites!

- That's nice! I've started reading one of the books I got, and so far I like it! Besides that, I did homework and went to the mall to buy a present for my mom! Her birthday is on the next week!

- Same, I had to finish homework from maths and biology! What did you get her?

- I bought perfume, warm slippers, and her favourite chocolates! I hope she'll like it!

- Of course, she will! I think you got her nice presents! Okay, we should hurry up! The Maths lesson starts in 3 minutes!

- Yes, you're right! Let's go!

Last weekend, I did my homework, read a book, and also bought a gift for my mother. It seems like we have a couple of things in common! We both did our homework and took some time to engage in some leisurely reading. Additionally, we both did something special for our loved ones. While I bought a gift for my mother, you also did something thoughtful for your mom. It's always nice to see how we prioritize our responsibilities and also show appreciation to the important people in our lives.
