Firstly: I eat only healthy food like fruits, vegetables I can eat boiled chicken. And I always drink water. My friends and I go to gyms, on the football field. I always get up at nine or ten o'clock in the morning and run around the house, and after that I go to the football field to run around with the ball to hit the gate. But I like to keep the body, together with my friends, go riding bikes together, run around the house, run through the fresh air.
