Watching different shows and cartoons is one of my favourite pastimes. I have liked doing it since I was a small child, and actually, I am not alone. A lot of my friends and relatives also enjoy watching various movies and TV series, and we often discuss them together.

That was how I found out that Avatar: The Last Airbender was one of the most popular animated series among my friends and, I think, among teenagers in general, too. I love this cartoon because it tells us a great story of true friendship, character development and magic. In my opinion, it has everything children like watching cartoons for – a gripping plot, realistic relationships between characters and quite a lot of action. I have already watched the whole series a few times with my friends and family, and I think I will probably watch it again.

However, Avatar: The Last Airbender is not the only series I enjoy. I also love watching various comedy shows. My favourite one is A Bit of Fry & Laurie. It is a sketch comedy show made by Stephen Fry and Hugh Laurie, two world-renowned British actors and comedians. It is absolutely hilarious and definitely worth watching. Another show that I like is a BBC television series called Life Story. It is narrated by Sir David Attenborough, who tells the viewer about how different animals live, how they die and what challenges they face. I think that the show is quite educational and that you can learn a great deal from it.

All in all, I think that watching shows and cartoons is a great hobby. It is a way of learning new things while doing something pleasant and relaxing, and also, you always have something to talk about with other people, because almost everyone has at least one movie or TV series that they like or want to discuss.
