Rules:

1. Throw the ball: Players must use their hands to throw the ball towards the opposing team's goal.
2. Pass the ball: Teammates can pass the ball to each other by throwing it, but they cannot hold it for more than three seconds or take more than three steps without dribbling.
3. Defend the goal: Players from the defending team must prevent the opposing team from scoring by blocking shots and intercepting passes.
