There is a pitch behind the school where boys play football in autumn and in spring.
We have PE lessons three times a week: on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Every lesson lasts for 45 minutes. I am not interested in team games but they are very popular in our school. Many of my classmates are crazy about football, volleyball and basketball.

For example, in basketball, we practiced dribbling, shooting, and passing. These drills helped us improve our individual skills and understand the fundamentals of each sport better.
Fitness Circuit: Next, we participated in a fitness circuit that involved different stations targeting different aspects of physical fitness. We rotated through activities like push-ups, sit-ups, jumping rope, and ladder drills. It was challenging but exciting, and it allowed us to work on our strength, endurance, and coordination.
Cool-down: To wrap up the PE lesson, we engaged in a cool-down session. We performed static stretches to relax our muscles and prevent post-exercise soreness. It was a calming way to conclude the class and bring our heart rate back to normal.

Additionally, regular physical activity boosts our energy levels, improves concentration, and reduces stress, which positively impacts our overall academic performance.
