A healthy lifestyle is compliance with special rules. This is when a person eats only healthy food. In the morning, he drinks water and exercises. Do not eat fast food. To stay healthy, I exercise and try to eat right. the right diet is vegetables, fruits and water. You need to give up junk food and carbonated drinks and then you will be healthy.
