II. Writing Task: Topic 1. Last month I travelled to Astana. When I came to Astana, I realized that I had some problems. The problems I encountered were that my hotel reservation had been cancelled and I had lost my luggage at the airport.

To solve the first problem, I immediately contacted the hotel and explained the situation. Luckily, they had a few available rooms, so I was able to book a new reservation without any major issues.

As for my lost luggage, I immediately reported it to the airport authorities and filled out the necessary paperwork. They assured me that they would do their best to locate and return my belongings as soon as possible.

Despite these initial setbacks, I decided not to let them ruin my trip. I made the most of my time in Astana by exploring the city's landmarks and immersing myself in the local culture. I purchased some essential items to replace the ones I had lost and tried to focus on enjoying the experience.

In the end, my trip to Astana turned out to be memorable and rewarding. I met some incredible people along the way, discovered hidden gems in the city, and learned valuable lessons about adaptability and resilience. The challenges I faced only made me appreciate the journey even more.
