Have you heard the expression “Laugh is the best medicine”? Robert  Holden, a therapist in Birmingham, England, is taking it very seriously. He has  started the first Laughter Clinic which people can attend and have the treatment  free. Like many doctors, psychotherapists nowadays, Mr. Holden believes that laughing and being happy really help the body to cure itself. People recover more  quickly after operations or illness if they are enjoying themselves. More laughter in your life also helps you to stay healthy, reducing stress and increasing  the body’s ability to fight off illness. At least once a day make an effort to make someone else happy, or make them  laugh. If you give these things to others, you’ll be in better position to receive them.

Sure, here's a monologue of 10 phrases in English:

"I've been feeling really overwhelmed lately with all the work I have to do. It seems like there's never enough time in the day. I try to prioritize my tasks, but sometimes it feels like everything is urgent.

I've been trying to manage my stress by going for a run every morning. It helps to clear my mind and get some fresh air. I also try to take breaks throughout the day to stretch and breathe.

One thing that's been really bothering me is the amount of negativity in the news and on social media. It feels like the world is just filled with conflict and despair. Sometimes I have to take a break from it all and disconnect for a while.

On a more positive note, I recently started taking a pottery class and it's been really therapeutic. There's something about working with my hands and creating something from scratch that's really satisfying.

I've also been trying to make more time for my friends and family. It's easy to get caught up in work and forget about the people who matter most. I want to make sure I'm building strong relationships with the people I love.

Overall, life is definitely a balancing act. There are always going to be challenges and struggles, but it's important to stay focused on the things that bring us joy and fulfillment."
