"Hi there! It's nice running into you here. How have you been? Are you shopping with your family too?"

3. You are at the train station in London and you want to know which train goes to Edinburgh.

"Excuse me, could you help me out? I'm trying to get to Edinburgh. Do you happen to know which train I should take or where I can find that information?"

4. You are invited to a birthday party, but your cousin from another city has come for a visit on the same day. You take the cousin to the party.

"Hey, I just found out my cousin is in town, and we rarely get to see each other. I hope you understand that I won't be able to make it to the party. Could we perhaps catch up some other time? Maybe we can plan something together soon."
