Well, fitness- very useful thing in nowadays. It's good to get fit, because sport strengthens body, removes stress and get to you good mood. I'm not fan of hard fitness activities, but every morning, I do useful exercises. I think, that someone prefer watching, someone like playing sport. People are different, also have different hobbies and activities. So, in my opinion, we can't give exact answer to the question.
