У Джареда Лето есть такая песня) walking on air - летать от счастья; water under the bridge - что-то, что уже осталось в прошлом и теперь не важно.

The girls were staying in front of the policeman and they felt they were under the cloud. Children were happy to participate in the contest and they felt up in the  air. Jack had proposed to Janet by giving her a diamond ring, so she felt walking on air. People wanted to discuss previous topics with the boss but they knew it was water under the bridge.
