Ну ряды данных отображаются вертикально а категорий горизонтально(хотя можно поменять)
Элементы : легенда, ключи легенды, элементы легенды, названия осей,  ряды данных и категорий, название диаграммы. Предназначения не знаю. Но тут уже логически можно написать просто.
