Я включаю компьютер он немного работает и выключается в чем проблема? И как ее решить И в блоке питание не крутится кулер.​

Из моего опыта, скажу что мой выключался из-за перегрева процессора, так как кулер не успевал его охлаждать, но в данном случае думаю греется блок питания
