Большую часть зерновки занимает эндосперм, содержащий питательные вещества для зародыша.
Ну понятно, что зародыш пшеницы маленький и содержит все вышеописанные составные части (3,4,5,6) + у него одна семядоля. Не содержит пит. веществ, но плотно прилегает к эндосперму и имеет форму тонкой пластинки. Вроде всё. :)
