Осенью листья опадаю за счет того что образуется перемочка и лист больше не получает питательные вещества. После того когда лист опадает, на земле начинает происходить процесс гниения, -> процесс гниения происходит при помощи бактерии которые с помощью ферментов обрабатывают лист и подмок этого перегной служит удобрением для растения

Когда листья еще на дереве они питаются орг. веществами, поглощая через дерево, пит. вещества из почвы, а когда листья уже опали, им неоткуда брать пит. вещества. вот они и погибают.
