В чём сходство и различие в функциях ствола мозга и спинного мозга?!

Ствол мозга - это отделы головного мозга, которые отвечают за разные функции органов. (продолговатый мозг - центр дыхания и т.д.). А спинной мозг выполняет рефлекторную и проводниковую функцию, то есть, воспринимает импульс от рецепторов органов и конечностей или наоборот - от ГМ для совершения какого либо действия.
