Почему изменяется цвет кожи?

Ответы на вопрос

Why Does Skin Color Change?
Skin color can change due to various factors, including genetics, sun exposure, and health conditions. Skin color is primarily determined by the amount of melanin, a pigment produced by melanocyte cells in the skin. When exposed to sunlight, the skin produces more melanin to protect itself from UV radiation, resulting in a darker skin tone. Conversely, reduced sun exposure can lead to a lighter skin tone. Additionally, certain health conditions and medications can also cause changes in skin color.
Genetics play a significant role in determining an individual's natural skin color. Different populations around the world have adapted to their environments, leading to variations in skin pigmentation. This adaptation is an evolutionary response to the amount of sunlight in different regions, with darker skin providing better protection against UV radiation in sunnier climates.
Health conditions such as vitiligo, a condition where the skin loses melanin, can cause patches of lighter skin. On the other hand, conditions like jaundice can cause the skin to appear yellowish due to increased levels of bilirubin in the blood.
Medications, such as certain antibiotics and chemotherapy drugs, can also cause changes in skin color as a side effect.
