Как вы считаете, любая клетка может делиться и митозом и мейозом??????

Ответы на вопрос

Мейоз протекает в клетках только с плоидностью, которая кратна 2.
Поэтому нет, не все клетки могут вступать в митоз и мейоз.

Can any cell divide by both mitosis and meiosis?
No, not all cells can divide by both mitosis and meiosis. Mitosis and meiosis are two different processes of cell division that occur in different types of cells and serve different purposes.
Mitosis is a type of cell division that occurs in somatic cells, which are non-reproductive cells. The main purpose of mitosis is to produce two identical daughter cells that are genetically identical to the parent cell. Mitosis is involved in growth, repair, and maintenance of tissues in multicellular organisms.
Meiosis, on the other hand, is a specialized type of cell division that occurs in reproductive cells called germ cells. The main purpose of meiosis is to produce gametes (sperm and eggs) with half the number of chromosomes as the parent cell. This reduction in chromosome number is important for sexual reproduction and the formation of genetically diverse offspring.
So, while all somatic cells can undergo mitosis, only germ cells can undergo meiosis. Mitosis and meiosis are distinct processes that occur in different types of cells and serve different functions.
I hope this clarifies the difference between mitosis and meiosis! Let me know if you have any further questions.
