There are four seasons in the year. There are winter, spring, summer and autumn. My favorit season is summer.
It is warm and sometimes hot. There are many fruits, berries and vegatables. In summer I can spend my time on the beach of lakes and rivers. I swim in lakes and rivers. I can drive my bicycle and our car.
We go to the forest for looking for berries and mushrooms. We live in the village for a month. My grandmother and grandfather live there. My sister and I help them in the garden.
And of course I like Summer very much because there is the longest holiday in summer.

Title: My Favorite Season - A Celebration of Autumn
Introduction: Every year, as the days grow shorter and a crisp chill fills the air, my heart fills with anticipation and excitement. The arrival of autumn heralds a transformation in the world around me, making it my favorite time of the year. In this essay, I will explore the reasons behind my affection for autumn, discussing its sensory delights, cultural significance, and the profound emotions it evokes.
Sensory Delights: Autumn is a symphony of colors, a canvas painted with the fiery hues of red, orange, and gold. As the leaves begin their graceful descent from the trees, they create a breathtaking tapestry that blankets the ground. Walking through a park or forest during this season is a sensory experience like no other, as the sound of crunching leaves underfoot accompanies the visual feast above. The air itself carries a distinct crispness, inviting cozy sweaters and warm drinks. Each gust of wind brings with it the earthy aroma of fallen leaves, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort.
Cultural Significance: Autumn is a season of harvest and gratitude, celebrated in various cultures around the world. In many societies, it marks a time of thanksgiving, a moment to reflect on the year's blessings and express gratitude for the abundance of the harvest. From Thanksgiving in the United States to the Mid-Autumn Festival in China, autumn festivals connect people with nature and their communities. These celebrations remind us of the importance of coming together and cherishing the fruits of our labor.
Emotional Resonance: Beyond its aesthetic and cultural aspects, autumn holds a deep emotional resonance for me. It's a season of transition, a reminder that change is inevitable and that beauty can be found in letting go. The falling leaves symbolize the shedding of old habits and embracing the new. As I witness nature's cycle of renewal, I am inspired to embark on my own journey of self-discovery and growth. Autumn's melancholic beauty stirs a unique blend of emotions within me, a bittersweet reminder of the impermanence of life.
Activities and Traditions: Autumn is a season ripe with activities that bring joy and warmth. Apple picking, pumpkin carving, and hayrides are just a few of the cherished traditions that mark this time of year. The aroma of freshly baked apple pies and spiced beverages fills the air, creating a cozy atmosphere that encourages togetherness and reflection. The act of bundling up and enjoying these activities with loved ones strengthens bonds and creates lasting memories.
Conclusion: In conclusion, autumn captivates my heart and senses like no other season. Its vibrant colors, cultural significance, emotional depth, and cherished traditions make it a time of year that I eagerly await. As I walk through the falling leaves, I am reminded of the beauty of change and the importance of gratitude. Autumn is a reminder that life is a journey, and each season brings its own unique lessons and blessings.
